An electronic cigarette is a handheld electronic tool which is operated by battery and look like a real cigarette. They have containers filled with liquid, which is generally made of nicotine, flavorings and other chemicals. There is a heating device that turns the liquid into vapor and that you inhale when you take a drag. Some with refillable tanks look a bit dissimilar.
